Sundari Ramachandran Iyer, Wife of Late Mr. K. Ramachandran Iyer (“Iyer”), has been instrumental in running the company since the untimely demise of Mr. Iyer in a road accident in 1997. Sundari Iyer is an active Rotarian and Past President of the Rotary Bangalore West – Dist 3190. She is also currently very active with the Multiple Sclerosis Society of India (MSSI) contributing her time for the society.

Rajaram Ramamoorthy has been with E&C since January 2007. Prior to joining E&C, Rajaram was a software professional with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., for over 15 years at various levels. As part of his professional career, Rajaram has been to several countries abroad and has lived in the USA and UK for several years. Rajaram has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from A.M. Jain College, Chennai, and holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has attended Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In his free time, Rajaram plays Golf, Billiards and Snooker and follows the F-1 Grand Prix motor sport. His reading interests are mainly on current affairs and Books on Management. He is an active Rotarian of Rotary Bangalore Greenpark - District 3190. Rajaram is a Director on the Board of UPS Manufacturers and Dealers Association (“UMDA”).

Vidya Iyer is the daughter of Late K. Ramachandra Iyer. Vidya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in the field of Telecommunication from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bangalore. She has been associated with the company since 1997. Vidya has worked in all areas of the business and is involved in all aspects of the company.Vidya is an active Rotarian with the Rotary Bangalore Udyog Club – District 3190 and she is an active member of the Peenya Industrial Association. Her passion is Indian Handicraft and Art.

M. S. Sivasankaran was with ABB Ltd. as its Company Secretary for several years. Subsequently he has started his own consultancy in the area of Company Secretarial Practice. Sivasankaran offers guidance to the company in the area of legal and secretarial compliance, advice on legal matters and Boardrelated matters. Sivasankaran has been a Director on the Board of E&C since 1997 and is also a Director on the Board of several other companies.
